WNC Vietnam Phase II was developed as a high efficiency, low impact manufacturing campus, optimized from site conditions and building layout to MEP strategies. The site planning incorporates open spaces to enhance overall environmental quality. The facility ultimately achieved LEED Gold certification, demonstrating strong performance in energy efficiency, site management, and sustainable operations.
The building is equipped with on site solar power systems, enabling renewable energy to offset 30% of total energy costs and significantly reducing carbon emissions during operation. Comprehensive energy monitoring—including building level metering, advanced energy metering, and renewable energy tracking—ensures transparency and supports ongoing optimization for future energy saving management.
To address the high sensitivity of advanced manufacturing processes to power quality, the project implemented Delta UPS solution1, ensuring stable and instantaneous backup power during grid fluctuations. This system protects sensitive production equipment from voltage drops or power interruptions and reduces the risk of unexpected downtime. With its high efficiency power conversion, the UPS not only enhances operational reliability but also complements the building’s overall energy saving strategy. Robust power architecture enables the facility to maintain production stability and consistent quality even under complex manufacturing conditions.
