The building leverages its proximity to urban amenities and public transportation to provide convenient and low carbon access. Walkable routes and well connected transit networks support daily commuting, while on site Delta EV charging facilities¹ encourage the use of electric vehicles, enabling the campus to connect with the surrounding city in a more sustainable way.
This building incorporates Delta EnOL and enteliWeb² systems to integrate building operations and metering management. Data driven optimization reduces overall energy consumption by 11.6%. Water resources are managed through high efficiency equipment and monitoring systems, significantly reducing both outdoor irrigation demand and indoor water usage, thereby enhancing overall resource efficiency.
The building prioritizes a healthy and safe user experience, meeting indoor air quality standards while utilizing Delta access control³, CCTV⁴, and environmental sensing systems to reinforce indoor environmental quality and space security. During construction, waste reduction practices and IAQ management were implemented, ensuring low pollution and high quality from construction through full operation.
